Before contact Caldera’s VariableDisplay technical support, please follow steps bellow:

  • Check whether the player is electrically powered
  • Check if the screen or the projector is electrically powered
  • Check that the HDMI or VGA cable between the VariableDisplay player and the screen is plugged in
